Way to pay

Purchases may be made by bank transfer through secure payment gateway for payment with credit cards and PayPal. At the end of the order, data bank will indicated in the page where you make the payment. The payment gateway: the existing safest way to make purchases over the Internet. Credit card information is encrypted using a secure protocol (https) and sent exclusively to the bank, which is in charge of authenticating the card. As a user of PayPal, you are protected from unauthorized payments from your PayPal account. As fraud prevention measure, we will send a confirmation e-mail to you for all online payments you make with PayPal. If you receive email confirmation of a transaction that has not approved, please contact us immediately: we will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible. It will not be liable for costs. The modus operandi is the same as in the POS traditional stores, with the same security. Customer data is transmitted directly to the bank, which verifies in real time communicating trade and customer on the spot. www.daimyo.es not receive any data from the card used.The information is transmitted to the bank, wich owns the payment gateway, in our case the ING Direct Bank.

Returns and changes

For returns or changes the first thing you must do is to contact us through our email address contacto@daimyo.es or by calling us at (00) 34 966 355 999. Whatever the cause, the order must be returned in the original packaging. We detail below our policies:

  • Notice period: the buyer will have a period of 15 working days from the receipt of the order.

  • Incorrect or defective order: if the order is incorrect we will take care of the collection and delivery of the new products without generating any type of expense to the buyer, as long as it is communicated within the notice period previously indicated. If the products are defective we will examine the merchandise when it arrives to us and we will proceed to the exchange or refund of the money as agreed with the customer.

  • Return of product: the buyer must send the product on his own to the address that we indicate when he contacts us. Once we receive the order in the same state in which it was sent, we will proceed to the reintegration of the total amount of the products (the original shipping costs are not refunded).

  • Changes: if you want to change the product because it does not match your size or it is not what you expected and want to acquire another first thing you will have to do is to notify us by email or phone. Afterwards, we will give you the necessary indications to send the original order by yourself to the address we give you when you contact us and we will detail the rest of the procedure to be carried out.

  • No changes or returns of products are allowed if have been washed or manipulated incorrectly, that have odors or stains, that have been removed the labels or products that can be considered intimate clothes (such as cowlings) for reasons of hygiene. Neither will any refund that has not previously been notified by the customer and accepted by Daimyo.

  • Customized products, such as embroidered belts, are not allowed for return or exchange.


All payment transactions are made through a secure server. Centegonal, S.L. guarantees the security and confidentiality in their communications with the user. All personal data provided by customers Centegonal, S.L. is registered with the Data Protection Agency for the purposes of the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data.


The purchases made through www.daimyo.es benefiting from the current Spanish legislation. For any problem arising out of this contract, both parties submit to the Courts of Alicante.
